Our 200% Guarantee
 

We are pleased to announce our new up-time Guarantee.  At NCW we stand behind our LightLeap Broadband product offering.  We have established connectivity thresholds and offer 200% refunds to customers who have down-times beyond those thresholds.

Business Acccounts

Upon notification we offer our 200% Up-time Guarantee to our business customers.  If we don’t have you back online within 24 hours of a reported down condition we will refund 200% of the daily pro-rated cost of your account for each day you are offline.

Residential Accounts

Upon notification we offer our 200% Up-time Guarantee to our residential customers.  If we don’t have you back online within 48 hours of a reported down condition we will refund 200% of the daily pro-rated cost of your account for each day you are offline.

Demarc Definition

For most accounts our area of responsibility stops at what is considered the Demarc.  For nearly all of our customers the demarc is considered our CPE.  Generally routers, computers, LAN and devices beyond the Demarc are the responsibility of the customer.  Our Demarc does include our CPE Power Supply and any exterior wiring for standard installations.

* Terms and conditions may apply, subject to approval.  Maximum $ value of Guarantee not to exceed 1 (one) month of services.  Guarantee only available for LightLeap Broadband Data Products.  Guarantee refunds are made in the form of account balance credits.  Customer must notify NCW support staff by phone that they have a down condition.
